Architecture & Design:

Project Management:

• Oversight of timelines, deliverables, and QA processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
• Risk identification and mitigation strategy implementation.

Technical Leadership:

• Mentor engineers in a high-performance culture.
• Provide direction on complex software challenges.
• Drove code quality, best practices, and standards across the team.
