C++ Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced C++ Developer to design, develop, and optimize high-performance, low-latency trading systems. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building reliable trading infrastructure and supporting algorithmic trading strategies across global financial markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain low-latency trading applications and market access systems using modern C++.
• Collaborate with traders, quantitative researchers, and other technical teams to implement, refine, and evaluate algorithmic and quantitative trading strategies.
• Implement new trading algorithms and research ideas within the internal core trading framework.
• Design and develop exchange connectivity, order routing, and market data feed handlers across multiple asset classes and global trading venues.
• Optimize applications for execution speed, throughput, scalability, and reliability in Woodridge, Illinois-based operations.
