Role Overview:

ZS Associates seeks an Associate for its Business Technology Solutions team based in Pune or Gurgaon, India (INDIA-TECH-BT-1). This role is dedicated to driving self and team efforts across the entire project lifecycle. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, utilizing agile methodologies like QA procedures and unit testing. As part of a global collective, you will collaborate with experts worldwide to develop custom technology products that create value for clients in healthcare and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Delivery: Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex MDM solutions using Informatica MDM/STIBO/Reltio. Develop business cases, solution architectures, prototypes, and deployment plans while adhering to best practices.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Manage diverse teams including programmers, cloud analysts, and BI developers. Provide mentorship to junior members, lead task distribution, and ensure timely completion of deliverables with high quality standards.
• Data Engineering & Analysis: Write SQL queries for data analysis, perform unit testing on MDM code, and create customizations using Java or JavaScript. Apply ETL platform skills to optimize business processes.
• Client Collaboration: Manage direct client communications regarding assigned responsibilities in projects focusing on Data Analytics, AI implementation, and Digital Advisory.

Candidate Profile (What You'll Bring):

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or related disciplines.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant consulting-industry experience with medium-to-large scale technology solutions. Ideal for candidates starting their career (Entry to Mid-level).
• Tech Stack Skills:
• Type: Data Management / MDM
• Tools: Informatica MDM, Informatica PIM, STIBO MDM, Reltio.
• Languages/Platforms: Java, JavaScript, SQL (for data retrieval), ETL platforms.
• Cloud Concepts:Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform is a plus
• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, client-first mentality, intense work ethic, collaborative spirit, and strong problem-solving abilities. Fluency in English is required.
