About the Role

ZS is seeking a talented Business Technology Solutions Associate specializing in ETL to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing high-quality technology solutions that address complex business challenges for our clients. What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with internal ZS teams and client stakeholders to design and deliver robust technology solutions.
• Gain a deep understanding of business problems and translate them into effective technical designs.
• Develop and implement technical features adhering to best practices for various technology stacks.
• Support the development phase of technology solutions, ensuring efficient problem-solving during client engagements.
• Apply diverse development methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, system integration testing, mid-development client reviews, embedded QA, and unit testing to ensure project success.
• Provide guidance and support to team members in creating comprehensive project implementation plans.
• Work closely with development teams to accurately interpret and implement business requirements.

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field with a strong academic record.
• Proficiency in Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) concepts, SQL, and programming languages like Python.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate intricate business requirements into technology solutions.
• Knowledge of algorithms and data structures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 0-3+ years of professional experience delivering small to medium-scale technology solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and clients.
• Familiarity with Big Data concepts and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Understanding of productivity tools like GitHub Copilot and SQL generation tools.
• Willingness to travel to other offices for client or internal project team collaboration.
