We are seeking a highly skilled Business Processes Senior Consultant with expertise in SAP Basis and HANA to join our team in Gurgaon, India. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our global customers through their SAP S/4HANA transformations, SAP BTP implementations, and the adoption of the latest SAP innovations. You will present assessment findings and recommendations to customer IT and executive management, design, size, optimize, and transform complex SAP landscapes for both on-premise and cloud environments, including RISE with SAP and hyperscalers. Your responsibilities will encompass technical architecture, capacity planning, deep technical root cause analysis, and implementing best practices across design, build, deployment, and run phases. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your expertise in new technologies, troubleshooting, and optimization, working collaboratively within a global team of COEs and Mission Control Centres. The ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across SAP SaaS and PaaS solutions is crucial. Given our global customer base and international teams, excellent English communication skills are essential. Occasional travel may be required to deliver services globally.

What you bring:

• 8-12 years of experience in SAP system installations, upgrades, HANA migration, S/4H conversion/migration, and managing large SAP landscapes.
• Proven experience with SAP system installation, system copy, release and upgrade management, OS/DB migrations, Unicode conversions, HANA and ASE migrations, S4H conversion, and data center relocation including hyperscalar migrations.
• Proficiency in SUM-DMO optimization techniques.
• Experience in system monitoring using SAP NW and HANA tools, performance troubleshooting, backup, restore, recovery, and HANA replication.
• Hands-on experience with SAP NetWeaver ABAP and Java stack systems.
• Familiarity with SAP SSO setup, SSL configurations, AD integration, SLD integration, Web Dispatcher installation and integration, and SAP cloud connector integration.
• Expertise in SAP landscape design, system sizing for HANA, roadmap and migration planning to S4HANA.
• Experience with SAP BTP integration, data volume management, and UI/Analytical strategy.
• Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, Fiori, and hyperscalar microservices.

The Center of Expertise (CoE) within SAP's Digital Business Services provides specialized expertise in application and technology areas to deliver high-end support to our Max Attention, Active Embedded, and Enterprise Support customers. This role is based in Gurgaon, with potential opportunities in Bangalore, Pune, or Mumbai.
