Business Processes Consultant

SAP is seeking a talented Business Processes Consultant specializing in SAP PS (Project Systems) and PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) for their Cloud ERP solutions. This role is based in Gurgaon, India. The ideal candidate will lead and contribute to large-scale SAP implementation projects, focusing on diverse business scenarios such as Engineer to Order (ETO), Make to Stock (MTS), Make to Order (MTO), Capital Projects, and Investment Management. You will work closely with various SAP modules including PP, PM, MM, FICO, HCM, and SD, ensuring seamless integration.

Responsibilities include managing project lifecycles from conception to Go-Live, leading blueprint workshops, defining project scope, estimating efforts and timelines, and participating in RFP processes. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, billable solutions that meet client needs and demonstrating creative problem-solving abilities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE, BTech) with at least 5 years of industry experience, including 2-3 years specifically in SAP PS and PPM. A SAP Certification in PS or PPM is desirable. You should have experience with at least 2-3 full life cycle SAP implementations and strong integration knowledge with SAP S/4HANA components like FICO, PP, MM, SD, HCM, and PM. Experience with PLM Product Management (PPM, EPPM, MRS, PS) in industries like Automotive, Hi-Tech, and Aerospace & Defense is preferred. Familiarity with PS integrations (MRS, CATS, SRM, PPM, Project, PM, SD, FICO), SAP BI, and BPC is advantageous. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, SAP IOT/Leonardo portfolio, SAP ACTIVATE methodology, and Solution Manager is also highly valued.

Candidates must possess strong client-facing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to travel for project assignments. This is a regular full-time position with expected travel of 0-10%.
