This pivotal role demands diligence and expertise in identifying suitable properties, conducting comprehensive due diligence, and facilitating successful acquisitions that align with our strategic company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate prime U.S. property acquisition opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth market research and financial analysis to assess property feasibility and investment potential.
• Collaborate with real estate agents, property owners, and brokers to negotiate acquisition terms.
• Execute detailed property inspections and due diligence, including legal and environmental assessments.
• Develop financial models, investment memos, and reports to guide decision-making.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition of acquired properties into operational readiness.
• Manage property leases and tenant relations to maximize occupancy and profitability.
• Ensure strict compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for property transactions and leases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in financial software and the MS Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
• Demonstrated experience in real estate operations, property acquisition, or related fields, with a solid understanding of real estate market trends.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to cultivate strong stakeholder relationships.
• A keen analytical mind with expertise in financial modeling and data analysis.
