Business Intelligence Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer who thrives in ambiguous environments and builds scalable AI-driven solutions. You will develop MCP server architectures, create ML models for scoring and prioritization (intent conversion prediction), design data pipelines using SQL/Python/Airflow, automate reporting with QuickSight/Tableau, and mentor junior analysts to drive operational excellence at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build centralized MCP servers exposing lead context and seller signals across Amazon compliant platforms.
• Develop ML-driven scoring models (ensemble methods) for conversion prediction with full ownership of feature engineering and deployment.
• Create actionable metrics and dashboards to assess business performance using Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL, and visualization tools.
• Implement ETL pipelines processing seller engagement data into real-time intelligence.
• Leverage statistical analysis (R, SAS) for deep-dive analytics on large datasets to identify growth opportunities.
