Key Job Responsibilities

As a Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE) within the International Machine Learning (INML) team, you will develop and manage data systems supporting one of the world's most complex and rapidly scaling supply chains. You will work extensively with large-scale distributed datasets and AWS technologies, including Redshift, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and readiness for high-impact decision-making across Amazon Business.

The International Machine Learning Team is dedicated to creating novel ML solutions that address India-specific challenges (and those in other Emerging Markets across MENA and LatAm), significantly impacting the financial performance of these businesses. Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in analyzing and interpreting data using technologies such as Redshift, Oracle, or NoSQL.
• Proficiency in data visualization using tools like Tableau, Quicksight, or similar platforms.
• Experience with industry-standard analytics visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI) and statistical methods (e.g., t-test, Chi-squared).
• Experience with a scripting language such as Python, Java, or R.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or an advanced technical degree.
• Knowledge of data modeling and data pipeline design.
• Experience with statistical analysis and correlation analysis.
