Position Overview
ShyftLabs seeks a motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to bolster our digital and marketing analytics initiatives. In this role, you will be instrumental in refining the online booking experience, enhancing performance across digital channels, and defining key metrics to drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with analytics, engineering, and marketing teams to develop robust data solutions and deliver impactful, actionable insights.

Job Responsibilities
- Support the development of reporting tools and dashboards to monitor the online booking funnel's performance and elevate client experiences.
- Test, track, and optimize search, social, and content performance to boost customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to establish and implement key business metrics, including bookings, conversion rates, and no-show rates.
- Extract, cleanse, and prepare data from platforms such as Snowflake for ad-hoc and recurring analytical needs.
- Design and implement dashboards and performance reports using BI tools like Power BI for internal stakeholders.
- Analyze trends and present data-driven recommendations to support marketing, digital, and overall business growth strategies.
- Partner with data teams to set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), construct dashboards, and derive actionable insights from all data sources.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, digital or marketing analytics, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with practical experience using data platforms like Snowflake.
- Strong ability in creating dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence tools, particularly Power BI.
- Familiarity with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or comparable tools.
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data to non-technical audiences effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multi-location retail, healthcare, or veterinary services.
- Exposure to marketing attribution, web funnel analysis, or client journey optimization.
