Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to serve as the strategic bridge between business needs and our Data organization. Reporting to the Vice President of BI, you will work directly with stakeholders in Gurgaon or remotely to solve complex problems, clarify objectives, and translate ambiguous requests into analytical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop analytical models for forecasting and performance testing.
- Build scalable reporting solutions using Excel, SQL, Power BI, Data Studio, or Tableau.
- Analyze business variances, identify key drivers, and present clear recommendations to executive leadership.
- Collaborate with data engineering and science teams to enhance data infrastructure and leverage AI for efficiency.
Who You Are:
You are a commercially minded analyst comfortable in ambiguous environments. With 2–4+ years of experience, you possess strong critical thinking skills, business judgment, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly. Familiarity with emerging technologies like AI is highly valued.
