Role Overview:

Join Amazon Robotics as a Business Intelligence Engineer I (FinOps) in one of the world's largest data warehouse environments. You will own the production and delivery of analytics reports and dashboards that drive key organizational decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver standardized performance metrics for internal stakeholders.
• Provide operational bandwidth to enable teams to focus on business partnering initiatives.
• Partner with program teams to execute defined project roadmaps.
• Create, modify, and optimize SQL reports upon ad hoc support requests from operations.
• Debug reporting issues, unblock workflows, and maintain stakeholder communication through regular updates.

About The Team:
This team serves Finance Operations by working with software development teams to deliver tools that improve efficiency. We identify opportunities for automation, build small-scale solutions, create dashboards, and provide analytics support using our unique blend of subject matter experts, operational knowledge, and business analysts.

Qualifications:

• Basic: 2+ years analyzing data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL; experience with Tableau/Quicksight; proficiency in statistical methods (t-test, Chi-squared); scripting skills in Python, Java, or R.
• Preferred: Master's degree; knowledge of data modeling and pipeline design; experience with correlation analysis.
