Business Development Representative (BDR) – LinkedIn & Enterprise Outreach
Aura Interactive is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Business Development Representative (BDR) in Ahmedabad, India, to drive end-to-end outbound pipeline generation and build qualified enterprise conversations. This role is crucial for understanding enterprise needs and directly contributing to revenue growth.
Role Overview
As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting enterprise prospects through structured outbound strategies across LinkedIn and email. You will own the top-of-funnel pipeline, from research and outreach to qualified meeting generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute end-to-end outbound lead generation and business development campaigns.
- Identify, research, and build Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) across target industries.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools for advanced prospecting and account mapping.
- Craft highly personalized outreach messages (LinkedIn + Email) tailored to decision-makers.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule discovery/demo meetings for the sales team.
- Build and execute multi-touch outreach sequences with strong follow-up discipline.
- Maintain and manage CRM hygiene, including lead tracking, pipeline updates, and reporting.
- Continuously optimize messaging, targeting, and conversion metrics.
- Support content creation efforts (outreach messaging, thought leadership coordination, profile optimization).
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to align on Go-To-Market strategy.
Skills & Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, outbound sales, or business development.
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of enterprise sales cycles and outreach strategies.
- Good technology understanding, especially in emerging tech (AR/VR/AI/3D preferred).
- Working knowledge of AI tools for research, personalization, and productivity.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and outreach platforms.
- Strong capability in content writing, personalization, and messaging strategy.
- Ability to define and refine ICP and target account strategies.
- Proven ability to generate qualified leads and conversion-focused conversations.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and execution mindset.
