About the Role

Novel Office is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales and acquisition initiatives within the US residential real estate market. This role focuses on both luxury and affordable housing segments, requiring a proactive approach to lead generation, property sourcing, and relationship management with brokers, wholesalers, and agents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with residential real estate brokers, wholesalers, and agents across the United States.
  • Generate qualified leads through various channels including cold calls, email campaigns, social media networking (Facebook, LinkedIn), and comprehensive digital research.
  • Identify and source suitable residential properties by collaborating with brokers, wholesalers, and through dedicated research.
  • Maintain consistent communication and strong relationships with brokers and potential buyers to uncover and pursue sales opportunities.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, encompassing short, medium, and long-term strategies, to meet established business targets.
  • Participate in client discussions, present properties effectively, and support negotiation processes.
  • Collaborate closely with internal design, projects, and marketing teams to ensure seamless alignment between client needs and project delivery.
  • Conduct thorough market research for the residential real estate sector, analyzing pricing trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping in the CRM system and generate periodic sales performance reports.
  • Facilitate smooth client servicing and post-sales coordination.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 0-8 years of experience in Residential Sales, Business Development, Real Estate, or Luxury Sales is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA in Marketing/Sales or a related field is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships and manage client interactions with confidence.
  • A target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up capabilities is crucial.
  • A foundational understanding of the US residential real estate market is beneficial.
