Business Development Executive

About the Role

Novel Office is seeking a dedicated Business Development Executive to drive growth in the residential real estate market. This role focuses on expanding our presence in both luxury and affordable housing segments within the US. You will be instrumental in acquiring new business, managing sales processes, and cultivating strong relationships with real estate professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Forge and maintain robust relationships with residential real estate brokers, wholesalers, and agents across key US markets.
• Generate high-quality leads through proactive outreach including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and extensive digital research.
• Identify and source promising properties by leveraging broker networks and thorough market research.
• Ensure consistent follow-up and nurture strong relationships with brokers and potential buyers to uncover sales opportunities.
• Develop and manage a structured sales pipeline, encompassing short, medium, and long-term objectives, to achieve business targets.
• Provide support during client interactions, property presentations, and negotiation phases.
• Collaborate effectively with design, projects, and marketing teams to ensure seamless alignment between client needs and project execution.
• Conduct in-depth market research on residential real estate, analyze pricing trends, and monitor competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM system and prepare regular sales performance reports.
• Facilitate smooth client servicing and oversee post-sales coordination.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-5 years of experience in Residential Sales, Business Development, Real Estate, or Luxury Sales.
• Bachelor's degree; an MBA in Marketing/Sales or a related field is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven ability to build professional relationships and manage client interactions with confidence.
• A target-driven approach with strong follow-up skills.
• A foundational understanding of residential real estate markets is preferred.
