Business Development Executive

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive Business Development Executive who is eager to learn and build a career in commercial real estate and managed office services. You will work at our location in Noida, Delhi NCR, supporting enterprise deal closures through strategic lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads via brokers, cold outreach (LinkedIn), referrals, and inbound inquiries for the Noida/Delhi market.
• Cultivate relationships with channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients in the Delhi NCR region.
• Schedule client meetings and coordinate site visits to prospective enterprise locations.
• Collaborate internally on proposals, floor layouts, and commercial discussions for high-value deals.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and update sales pipelines regularly using MS Excel and Google Workspace.
• Evaluate prospects through timely communication and follow-ups tailored to the local market.
• Conduct basic market research on Delhi NCR micro-markets and competitor offerings.
• Aid senior team members in closing complex commercial real estate deals.

Skills & Qualifications

• Holds a Graduate degree in any discipline relevant to sales or business development.
• Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions across Delhi NCR.
• Is confident engaging with enterprise clients, brokers, and partners.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and AI-enabled tools.
• Maintains a self-driven attitude with a willingness to learn new commercial real estate concepts.
