Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients in Kolkata and beyond.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation tailored to local markets.
• Manage the sales pipeline and track the progress of potential deals using our CRM tools.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining strong ethical standards.
• Attend industry events and conferences in Kolkata and surrounding regions to network and promote the company.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and regional insights.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Degree or diploma holder who has completed HS from a science background is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices relevant to the industrial sector.
