Zan Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead client acquisition for our IT services and digital marketing offerings. This hybrid sales and solutions consulting role requires an individual who can manage the entire client lifecycle, from lead qualification to deal closure, independently. You will serve as the primary point of contact for prospects, articulate technical solutions, and drive revenue growth across Indian and international markets. If you thrive on engaging with founders, defining project scopes, crafting compelling proposals, and closing deals, this is an exceptional opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management & Qualification: Own inbound leads from all marketing channels, qualify using BANT criteria, prioritize the pipeline, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Discovery & Solutioning: Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, translate them into technical solutions across web, mobile, blockchain, AI, and digital marketing, provide preliminary estimates, and present case studies effectively.
- Proposal & Closure: Draft detailed proposals and SOWs, negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure a seamless handover to the delivery team.
- Pipeline & Reporting: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, provide weekly forecasts and pipeline reviews to the founder, and identify trends for service improvement.
- Account Expansion: Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and cultivate long-term client relationships.
What We're Looking For
- Required: 2-5 years of B2B sales experience in IT services, software development, or digital marketing agencies. Proven ability to close deals end-to-end. Working knowledge of modern tech stacks (React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, React Native, Flutter). Ability to scope technical projects independently. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Comfort selling to both Indian and international clients.
- Preferred: Background in development with a transition to sales, or an engineering degree with a sales career. Conceptual familiarity with Blockchain & Web3, AI & ML, or Cloud & DevOps. Experience selling Digital Marketing services. Exposure to international sales cycles. Familiarity with proposal and outreach tools.
