Business Development Executive

About the Role: We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our IT sales team. You will be responsible for identifying new B2B opportunities in Ahmedabad's tech ecosystem, generating leads through cold calling and social media outreach, understanding client requirements, and converting prospects into long-term partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate B2B sales via Cold Calling, LinkedIn, referrals, and digital advertising channels.
• Research target industries in Ahmedabad to identify potential clients for IT solutions such as SEO, Cloud services, Cybersecurity, and SaaS products.
• Manage the full sales cycle: from lead qualification and proposal creation to negotiation, objection handling, and contract closure.
• Present product demonstrations tailored to client business needs across sectors like e-commerce, healthcare, and fintech.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams for seamless onboarding.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer pain points in the Indian IT landscape.

Required Skills:

• Exceptional verbal/written communication skills honed through B2B sales experience.
• Strong prospecting abilities using digital tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email marketing platforms).
• Negotiation expertise to secure profitable outcomes for clients and the company.
• Familiarity with IT stacks including SaaS models, cloud infrastructure, AI automation workflows, and cybersecurity protocols.

Qualifications:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or Marketing. Minimum 1+ year of experience in B2B/IT sales is essential; candidates with a track record handling corporate clients will be prioritized for this Ahmedabad-based role.
