Business Development Associate - Real Estate

Join Prop Times in Bengaluru as a Business Development Associate. You will be responsible for end-to-end client lifecycle management for our real estate projects in Varthur and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Management & Presentation: Engage potential clients through calls and virtual meetings to showcase comprehensive project details.
• Site Visits: Coordinate and conduct on-site project tours to highlight key property features to prospective buyers.
• Sales Conversion: Manage client inquiries, address objections professionally, and drive the sales process through to successful closure.
• Client Retention: Execute structured follow-up strategies to nurture leads and build long-term relationships with business partners and clients.
