NoBroker is hiring energetic Business Development Associates (Inside Sales) for our office in Bengaluru, HSR Layout. This full-time role is ideal for driven professionals passionate about sales, lead conversion, and customer engagement in a high-growth prop-tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls to convert leads into successful sales.
- Understand client requirements to recommend tailored NoBroker real estate solutions.
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer data and follow-up records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leaders to optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- A goal-oriented, self-motivated, and sales-driven attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Prior experience in inside sales or tele-sales is preferred but not mandatory.
