Business Development and Partnership Lead (KOL and Brands)

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Development & Partnerships Lead (KOL and Brands) to spearhead Moomoo Singapore's growth through impactful partnerships and scalable business development initiatives. This pivotal role will oversee the development of strategic alliances with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), content platforms, and key online partnership channels, with a primary focus on acquiring high-quality clients and cultivating long-term growth pipelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Business Development & Partnerships strategy aligned with overarching business objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact partnership opportunities across brands, corporations, and KOLs within key market segments.
  • Build and manage a robust partnership pipeline, ensuring clear prioritization and effective tracking.
  • Lead the entire partnership lifecycle, including the structuring of commercially viable partnership models.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of partnership initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Business Development managers/executives, setting clear performance targets, monitoring progress, and driving accountability.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of all active partnerships, tracking key metrics and outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and refine partnership strategies to enhance ROI and scalability.
  • Prepare regular reports and insights on online channel performance, providing strategic recommendations to the team.
  • Support other relevant channel marketing initiatives as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or similar roles.
  • Experience in fintech, brokerage, financial services, or investment platforms is preferred.
  • Proven track record in:
    • Building and closing strategic partnerships with brands and KOLs.
    • Driving measurable business outcomes such as growth, revenue, and user acquisition.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure mutually beneficial partnership models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Prior experience working within financial institutions, platforms, or KOL ecosystems is a significant advantage.
