Job Opportunity: Current Account / CASA Sales Executive in Bengaluru & Kolkata
Ray HR Consultancy is seeking a driven and results-oriented professional for the role of Current Account / CASA Sales Executive. This position involves the acquisition of new Current Account customers primarily through direct field sales, strategic networking, and robust relationship management. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, a deep understanding of the local market, and the ability to cultivate enduring client relationships. This is a permanent role within the Retail Banking Sales department.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively acquire new Current Account (CA) customers via field sales, cold calling, and networking.
- Identify and engage potential business clients, including Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), traders, professionals, and corporate entities.
- Promote and sell CASA products, with a strategic emphasis on Current Accounts.
- Generate qualified leads through thorough market mapping, referral programs, and dedicated business development efforts.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers to foster repeat business and ensure high retention rates.
- Consistently achieve assigned monthly sales targets and critical business objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless account opening and customer onboarding process.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of banking products, evolving market trends, and competitor strategies.
- Strictly adhere to all banking policies and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in any discipline from an accredited university.
- Maximum age of 30 years.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in understanding Current Account products and effective CASA sales techniques.
- Exceptional sales, negotiation, and client relationship management capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication, along with excellent interpersonal skills.
- A proven ability to be target-driven and possess a strong business development mindset.
- Capacity to work autonomously and efficiently manage field sales activities.
