Role Overview
SocialVocial is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to identify and secure new business opportunities, driving client acquisition for our comprehensive digital marketing services. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base for our specialized offerings in social media management, paid advertising (Meta Ads / Google Ads), and content production.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, relationship-building, and consultative sales abilities. A key requirement is the capacity to deeply understand client business needs and propose effective, tailored digital marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Proactively identify and generate new business leads through strategic outreach, networking, referrals, and direct calls.
- Engage with business owners, founders, and key decision-makers.
- Cultivate and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct thorough discovery calls to ascertain client requirements and business objectives.
Service Pitching & Sales
- Effectively present and articulate SocialVocial's digital marketing services, including Social Media Management, Paid Advertising, and Professional Content Shoot services.
- Develop bespoke proposals and pricing structures aligned with client needs.
- Lead online and offline sales presentations and client meetings.
- Address client objections and negotiate commercial terms to successful closure.
- Facilitate seamless client onboarding post-deal closure.
Client Relationship Management
- Foster and nurture strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client onboarding.
- Maintain consistent and timely communication and follow-up with clients.
Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and sales reports.
- Monitor lead status, track follow-ups, and analyze conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue and deal closure targets.
