Business Data Analyst

Location: Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Telangana, India. Work from Office (WFO) required 5 days per week.

Experience Required: Total and Relevant experience is 2-3 years

1. Capital market experience preferred.
2. Familiarity with personal account dealing and anti-corruption protocols.
3. Solid reconciliation experience essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely reconciliation of employees' personal trades, including breach reporting, statement reconciliation, and record maintenance.
• Manage complex trading activities and handle employee escalations effectively.
• Liaise with employees globally regarding specific client policy queries.
• Maintain key throughput and quality targets through supervisory checks and reviews.
• Conduct analysis related to surveillance activities performed by the client.

Essential Skills:

- 2-3 years of experience in Legal, Compliance, Risk, or Operations within the Financial Services industry.
- Working knowledge of financial markets and products.
- Client-centric focus: Work as a trusted partner ensuring strategic alignment and open communication.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
