Wikilabs India is seeking a highly analytical and energetic Business & Data Analyst to work closely with the Business Head at their Copper & Aluminum recycling plant in Greater Noida, India. This role is crucial for driving data-backed decision-making and ensuring smooth plant operations and effective cash flow management by acting as a strategic and operational bridge across Production, Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Customers.

About the Role

This position will be instrumental in maintaining and monitoring plant-wide data for various metals including Copper and Aluminum. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive dashboards and Management Information System (MIS) reports to track performance, and for analyzing critical metal-specific data related to production, recovery, yield, and margins. A key aspect of this role involves translating complex operational and financial data into actionable insights for the Business Head, identifying operational gaps, and recommending strategic improvements. The role also encompasses tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across procurement, production, dispatch, and sales, fostering cross-functional coordination with Finance, SCM, and Business teams, and ensuring alignment between raw material availability and production schedules. Additionally, the analyst will monitor working capital, support cash flow planning, and coordinate with customers for payment collections and receivables tracking to ensure timely cash inflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Plant Data Management
  • Maintain and monitor plant-wise data across all metals (Copper, Aluminum, etc.).
  • Develop dashboards and MIS reports for performance tracking.
  • Analyze metal-specific production, recovery, yield, and margin data.
• Business & Performance Analytics
  • Present actionable insights to the Business Head.
  • Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Track KPIs across procurement, production, dispatch, and sales.
• Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with Finance, SCM, and Business teams for sourcing, supply planning, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure alignment between raw material availability and production schedules.
  • Monitor working capital and support cash flow planning.
• Customer & Payment Follow-ups
  • Coordinate with customers for payment collections.
  • Track receivables and ensure timely cash inflows.
  • Support client communication and relationship management.
• Production Monitoring
  • Work with the production team to track output vs plan.
  • Analyze material availability gaps and escalate bottlenecks.
  • Ensure smooth operational flow across departments.

Key Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in the Manufacturing / Metals / Industrial domain.
• Strong data analytics and reporting skills, including proficiency in Excel, MIS, and dashboard creation. ERP knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to interpret operational and financial data effectively.
• Excellent follow-up, coordination, and communication skills.
• Must be energetic, proactive, and execution-focused.
• Willingness to travel across plant locations within India is essential.
