Business Data Analyst

Role Overview:

We are seeking an agile Business Data Analyst to join our Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru team. The ideal candidate will be highly resourceful with data, skilled in building clean dashboards, and possess a deep understanding of how CRM systems integrate with calling interfaces.

You will work directly on raw database logs, map data across multiple platforms, and transform complex operational metrics into clear, executive-ready insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Integration & Auditing: Monitor and validate data mapping workflows between CRM systems (Salesforce/Zoho) and telephony dialers to ensure accuracy.
• Analytical Modeling: Clean, analyze, and interpret operational logs using advanced Excel/Google Sheets to pinpoint trends, gaps, and bottlenecks in sales performance.
• Database Proficiency: Write robust SQL queries to extract critical metrics such as ticket volumes, call dispositions, productivity rates, conversion ratios, and team performance indicators.
• Visualization & Reporting: Design and automate dynamic dashboards in Power BI or Tableau for real-time monitoring of sales and operations KPIs (AHT, SLA, Revenue).
• Strategic Storytelling: Translate complex data sets into simple charts and presentations that highlight actionable insights for leadership.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-5 years in Data Analysis, MIS, or CRM Operations (IT/ITES/BPO background preferred).
• Tech Stack: Strong hands-on SQL, Advanced Excel/GSheets, and working knowledge of Power BI/Tableau.
• Platform Familiarity: Experience with CRMs (Salesforce/Zoho) and Dialers (Five9/VICIdial).
