1) AOP Planning & Tracking
- Develop and maintain Annual Operating Plan (AOP) planning models, including monthly/weekly splits, SKU-level targets, and channel splits.
- Monitor plan vs. actual performance across revenue, gross margin, and contribution margin.
- Identify and communicate gaps, risks, and the required run-rate to achieve targets.
- Conduct scenario simulations for price changes, mix changes, discounting strategies, and cost shifts.
