Job Overview: Business Bidder
OyeLabs is seeking a results-driven Business Bidder to join our remote-first team. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our IT service footprint by generating high-quality leads and closing sales in the global software development market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer.com, and LinkedIn.
- Craft compelling, customized proposals and lead discovery calls for international clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define project scopes and pricing.
- Maintain sales pipelines within CRM systems like HubSpot or Zoho.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for lead generation and deal conversion.
Requirements
- Proven track record in IT sales or business development (1–4 years).
- Strong expertise in proposal writing and bidding on freelance platforms.
- Technical familiarity with SaaS, mobile apps, blockchain, and AI solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for dealing with global (US/EU/UK) clientele.
- Ability to work in a remote environment during designated night shifts (2:00 AM – 10:00 AM IST).
