- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through clear and concise communication.
- Assist in the management of projects, including coordinating tasks and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement innovative solutions to business challenges.
- Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and phone, including order updates and issue resolution.
- Manage website orders from confirmation to dispatch and successful delivery.
- Manage returns, exchanges, cancellations, RTOs, refunds, and delivery-related issues as per company policies.
- Ensure a smooth overall customer experience and day-to-day e-commerce operations.
- Coordinate packaging, quality checks, shipping labels, and courier pickups for timely dispatch.
