Full Job Description
In this role, you will develop and maintain AI-powered internal tools to automate workflows and enhance stakeholder productivity, with a focus on sales analytics and strategic planning. You will build and deliver ETL pipelines for Power BI/Snowflake datasets optimized for LLM consumption, enabling efficient AI-driven analysis and empowering users. Collaborate cross-functionally with Data & Analytics and Sales Operations teams to identify high-value AI use cases and rapidly prototype AI-enabled utilities aligned with business goals. Transform enterprise data from Power BI and Snowflake into LLM-optimized formats, ensuring data integrity and performance across AI-driven solutions. Manage the complete AI agent development lifecycle, from ideation and testing to production deployment and user adoption, implementing continuous integration and documenting best practices. Champion organizational AI adoption through seamless system integration, clear business value demonstration, and maintaining high standards for performance and user experience.
To succeed, you should have experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This includes using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's impact on the function or industry. You will need a proven track record of 8+ years supporting sales organizations or sales business processes through analytics, automation, or technical solutions. Demonstrated experience in building and deploying AI agents or automation tools in real-world business settings for sales workflow automation is essential. Proficiency in semantic modeling in Power BI or Snowflake, with familiarity in transforming sales data models for LLM integration and sales analytics optimization, is required. A strong understanding of data engineering, APIs, and cloud-based architecture, especially with sales data, is necessary. You must be able to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. Hands-on experience with rapid prototyping, iterative testing, and agile methodologies applied to sales tools and business process improvements is also key.
