Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business analytics and generate insightful reports by analyzing performance metrics, operational data, and market trends.
  • Manage and process data from various sources, ensuring data quality through cleaning and transformation for robust analysis.
  • Collaborate with finance, business, and operations teams to translate data-driven insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements within data and reporting workflows to improve efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and deliver impactful business insights.
  • Demonstrate advanced Excel proficiency, including Pivot Tables and Macros.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain a high level of detail orientation and accuracy in handling business and operational data.
  • Ability to identify business problems or opportunities and develop, evaluate, and assess the impact of potential solutions.
