About the Role

BMW Techworks India Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst / Team PDO to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role is instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders to deeply understand business requirements and translate them into actionable, effective solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses of existing business processes to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement and optimization.
• Develop and meticulously maintain detailed documentation for all business processes and implemented solutions.
• Work in close partnership with the development team to ensure the successful and timely implementation of solutions.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks associated with business process changes.
• Provide essential training and ongoing support to end-users to facilitate smooth adoption of new solutions.
