PwC India is seeking a motivated Senior Associate Business Analyst for a full-time, hybrid role in Kolkata. This position is crucial for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, collaborating closely with stakeholders, and supporting project delivery within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from diverse stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to effectively capture business needs.
• Develop comprehensive business process models, use cases, workflows, and user stories.
• Collaborate seamlessly with product owners, development teams, and QA professionals to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of requirements.
• Identify process gaps and propose innovative improvements for business processes and solutions.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and actively assist in change management activities.
• Mentor junior business analysts and contribute to ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilize AI-powered data analytics and natural language processing tools to extract valuable insights and identify key business trends.
• Incorporate AI-driven requirement gathering tools leveraging NLP to automatically convert stakeholder communications into structured user stories and requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Solid understanding of established business analysis methodologies.
• Proven experience with requirement management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking with meticulous attention to detail and robust problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks is highly desirable.
