Full Job Description
ADP is conducting a walk-in drive for Business Analyst & Scoping Analyst positions in Pune on Thursday, March 5th, from 3 PM to 5 PM, with 6 open roles.
Business Analyst
We are seeking experienced Business Analysts with 2-5 years in the domain. Ideal candidates are tech graduates (BE, B.Tech, BCA, MCA) with excellent client-facing communication skills. A strong understanding of Agile methodology, Agile Framework, SDLC, and Testing is required. Proficiency in Project Management, including Stakeholder Management, Estimation, and RACI, is essential. Expertise with SQL Plus is mandatory.
Scoping Analyst
We are also looking for Scoping Analysts with 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, end-to-end documentation, process flow/SOP creation, and statistics. Candidates should be Science Graduates, B.Tech, or MBA holders. Familiarity with SDLC and high-level BA roles is expected. Exposure to Salesforce is an added advantage. Strong hands-on experience in project scoping, effort estimation, project charter/plan design, engagement letters, and SOW creation is required. Excellent communication skills are a must.
