Business Analyst

ICE Data Services is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join their team in Pune. This role involves analyzing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines, collaborating effectively with stakeholders, and interpreting data to provide logical solutions. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Agile methodologies and proficient in creating and maintaining project documentation and reports. Responsibilities include conducting tests to ensure requirements are met, handling Personally Identifiable Information (PII) with a strong understanding of data protection, and contributing to process enhancements.

The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, or Data Analysis, coupled with equivalent industry experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Proven experience in issue identification and developing solutions to improve data analysis processes is highly valued. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Expertise in data analysis tools such as Python, XML, JSON, and MS Office is required. Knowledge of the US Mortgage industry, including its documents and processes, is a significant advantage. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as an Analyst is expected.
