Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to act as a vital link between business needs and technical delivery at Joveo. In this role, you will analyze existing processes, meticulously define requirements, and ensure that the solutions developed accurately and completely address real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, document, and validate comprehensive business requirements from stakeholders across various functions.
• Translate intricate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications and user stories.
• Analyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose effective improvements.
• Support Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles by defining acceptance criteria and validating deliverables.
• Create essential documentation, including process documentation, data flow diagrams, and business requirement documents.
• Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Demonstrated strong experience in business analysis within a technology or software development environment.
• Proficiency in requirements documentation, writing use cases, and process mapping.
• A keen analytical mindset with robust skills in data analysis and business modeling.
• Experience with project management and agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with SQL or data querying for self-service analysis is considered an advantage.
