About The Role

As a Business Analyst in Pune, you will play a crucial role in analyzing organizations, designing processes, and integrating systems with technology. You will assess the current business model, identify customer needs, and define future state solutions. This role requires strong research, information gathering, and synthesis skills to support strategic decision-making.

Project Role Description

Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.

Key Responsibilities

• Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME).
• Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with process mapping and modeling techniques.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
• 15 years of full-time education is required.
