Accenture is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing organizational processes and systems, evaluating business models, and ensuring seamless integration with technology. You will assess current states, identify customer requirements, and define future states and business solutions. This involves thorough research, data gathering, and synthesis to propose effective business solutions.

Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, conducting thorough research to gather relevant data, and synthesizing this information to propose effective business solutions. You will also assess the current state of operations and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that the proposed future state aligns with both business objectives and technological capabilities. Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between business requirements and technological solutions, ultimately driving organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives, with a strong focus on Reltio.
• Lead the business analysis function for Reltio MDM initiatives across multiple domains such as Customer, Product, and Supplier.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable requirements.
• Define and document data quality rules, survivorship logic, and match/merge criteria.
• Ensure the MDM solution aligns with business objectives and compliance standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, working collaboratively to optimize integrations.
• Create detailed functional specifications and documentation.
• Report common sources of technical issues and provide recommendations to the product team.
• Communicate key insights and findings effectively to relevant stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor system performance, proactively identify issues, and suggest improvements for customer value.
• Identify process inefficiencies, recommend solutions, and explore tools or automation opportunities to improve efficiency.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Reltio.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in creating process maps and business requirement documents.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Life Sciences.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience, specifically with Reltio.
• 15 years of full-time education is required.
