Business Analyst

Aditi Consulting is currently hiring a Business Analyst to maintain critical vendor relationships and support non-IT business operations as well as project management activities. In this role, you will oversee the entire order lifecycle from initiation to fulfillment, ensuring seamless processing, tracking, and reconciliation. Key responsibilities include implementing process optimizations for efficiency, generating comprehensive daily reports, serving as the primary point of contact for customer service teams regarding order status and product availability, partnering with Procurement, Supply Chain Management (PSI/SCM), and Sales teams to resolve escalations, collecting and maintaining detailed information logs for Home Appliance accounts, preparing accurate Commercial Invoices in compliance with policies, coordinating with the Call Center to meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) windows for order updates, processing product upgrades for end-of-life models, managing Hub schedule changes within internal systems, and demonstrating flexibility by working select holidays or overtime as business needs require.
