Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and align project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews to document detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Analyze business requirements, user needs, and market trends to identify opportunities and propose solutions.

Documentation

• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Analyze and prioritize requirements based on feasibility, business value, and project constraints.
• Detail scope documents, functional & non-functional requirements, and features, ensuring all customer needs are captured.
• Construct project documents such as BRD and FRD, and develop flowcharts, use case diagrams, ER diagrams, and user stories.

Scrum Calls and Meetings

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for seamless communication, coordination, and requirement implementation.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), coordinate feedback, and resolve issues.
• Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and provide regular stakeholder updates.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within a product or web/mobile app development company.
• Clear and concise communication and project management skills.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and project management principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with BRD, FRD, Business Analysis, Communication Skills, Project Management, and User Stories.
