About the Role:
Paytm is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence / Data Analytics professional based in Noida, India. In this role, you will drive data-led decision-making across our business by building scalable BI solutions, developing interactive dashboards and robust data models, analyzing complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and translating critical business requirements into actionable insights for stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with industry-standard tools including Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, Python, R, as well as expertise in ETL processes, data warehousing concepts, and advanced analytics. You will work closely with both business and technical teams to design effective reporting solutions that support our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-impact business intelligence solutions, including comprehensive reports, interactive dashboards, and dynamic data visualizations tailored for the Indian market context.
- Analyze large-scale business data to uncover actionable insights regarding trends, opportunities, risks, and strategic growth areas within Noida and beyond.
- Design and implement scalable data warehouses and optimized data models that support robust reporting and analytics infrastructure.
- Collaborate directly with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization to understand complex requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
- Build, maintain, and optimize sophisticated data models, ETL pipelines, and seamless data integration processes using industry best practices.
- Create engaging interactive dashboards and visualizations leveraging tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView to enhance decision-making capabilities.
- Leverage advanced techniques including data mining, predictive analytics, and statistical analysis to support high-quality, data-driven decision-making strategies.
- Identify strategic opportunities to improve reporting frameworks, analytics methodologies, and internal data processes while driving continuous process enhancements.
- Maintain rigorous standards for data quality, accuracy, integrity, security, and consistency across all BI solutions delivered by the team.
