Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at Mount Talent Consulting in Noida, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include crafting comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), detailed user stories, epics, and clear acceptance criteria. You'll actively support backlog prioritization and participate in sprint ceremonies, ensuring agile methodologies are effectively implemented. A key aspect of this role involves engaging directly with clients to thoroughly gather, analyze, and translate their requirements into actionable technical specifications. Furthermore, you will contribute to the development and implementation of AI-driven use cases, specifically focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI within Knowledge Management systems. Proficiency in tools such as Azure DevOps and Productboard (or similar platforms) is expected.

The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of experience, preferably within a SaaS or product development environment. Strong capabilities in stakeholder management and meticulous documentation are essential. Prior client-facing experience is highly desirable, as is a foundational understanding of AI and Generative AI concepts.
