Business Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Consulting – Operations team. This role is based in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai with a clear pathway for international relocation to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
• Creating comprehensive BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
• Bridging the gap between business users and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Conducting gap analysis to drive operational efficiency improvements.
• Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect tracking.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

• Mandatory Experience: 2–4 years in Business Analysis roles.
• Critical Technical Skill: Hands-on experience with both APX and Tradex platforms is strictly required.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, SQL, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
