About the Job: Scoutit is seeking Business Analysts for an exciting project focused on implementing a new product within the UK Commercial Insurance sector for one of our clients. Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end implementation of new products within the Acturis platform.
• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for new product development initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, claims, fraud, and IT departments.
• Ensure seamless integration and alignment of all downstream systems (databases, MI, UW, Claims, Fraud, etc.).
• Define, manage, and optimize business processes and workflows.
• Provide support for testing, validation, and post-implementation monitoring phases.
• Offer expert insights and guidance on commercial insurance products and processes.
• Proactively identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated proficiency in delivering new products end-to-end within the Acturis platform.
• Strong expertise and understanding of the commercial insurance landscape.
• Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders across business and IT teams.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience working with Aviva Insurance.
• Solid knowledge of data analytics and reporting, including MI systems.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements specific to commercial insurance.
