Position: Business Analyst

Location: Remote, India

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain clear project documentation, including business requirements and process flows.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented effectively.
• Assist in the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
• Provide support for project management and help ensure timely delivery of business solutions.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and business processes.
• Experience with documentation and process mapping tools.
• Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders.
