Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad (Nanakramguda). In this role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Your responsibilities will include engaging with stakeholders to understand their requirements, translating complex business problems into clear functional requirements and user stories, and analyzing existing workflows to identify areas for improvement. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring version control for product changes. The role involves creating visual representations of processes and data through diagrams like process flows, use-case diagrams, and data mapping documents. Collaboration with UI/UX and product teams is crucial to ensure documentation is accurate and user-friendly. You will act as the primary communication channel between business and engineering teams, support QA in understanding requirements and validating test cases, and provide clarifications to development teams during sprint cycles. Additionally, you will research ERP market trends to propose product enhancements and gather user feedback to refine feature usability and documentation clarity.
