Business Analyst - Figma Expertise Needed

Optimeyes Ai is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will engage with corporate executives and middle managers to understand their requirements and future growth plans, closely partnering with application directors and creators.

Your core responsibilities will include evaluating and optimizing business processes, analyzing data models, and anticipating future requirements. You will be tasked with identifying areas for improvement, developing logical conclusions for solution implementation, and driving innovative solutions for both operational and strategic changes. Continuous review and optimization of business processes are key, as is staying abreast of the latest advancements in IT to modernize and automate systems.

You will play a critical role in evaluating, testing, and recommending enhancements to our software, hardware, and IT processes. Drawing conclusions from data related to customer environments will be essential. Performing thorough requirements analysis and ensuring solutions align perfectly with business needs are paramount. Effective communication of your insights and plans to cross-functional teams and management is expected.

Prioritization of initiatives based on business needs will be a key function. You will also design and execute A/B testing procedures to gather data from test runs, taking ownership of project tasks and ensuring timely completion. Compiling and distributing reports on application development and deployment, conducting meetings and presentations, and documenting/communicating your findings are also part of the role. Gathering critical information from stakeholders and producing actionable reports, along with performing user acceptance testing, will be ongoing duties. Project management, including developing project plans, monitoring performance, and managing competing resources and priorities, is also expected, ensuring the timely completion of all deliverables.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within the information technology sector.
• 3+ years of overall experience in technology development, testing, and deployment.
• Proven experience with Figma, Bitbucket, SQL, Springboot, Angular, manual testing, Visio, and BPM tools.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
