Business Analyst

Token Metrics is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join their team in Delhi, with a remote work option. The primary focus of this role will be to optimize data and create insightful visualizations on Mixpanel, providing a deep understanding of customer behavior and driving consistent improvements.

Responsibilities

• Leverage data expertise to understand user interactions with core products beyond raw numbers.
• Design and evaluate experiments using relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct user experience testing to assess product usability.
• Build dashboards to monitor KPIs across various verticals including content, marketing, sales, and revenue.
• Perform exploratory analysis to understand user behavior and conduct root-cause analysis of data trends.
• Identify opportunities for product enhancements and propose desirable improvements.
• Define key metrics for product performance and develop strategies to improve them.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in an analytics role, with a preference for SaaS/Fintech products.
• Proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, Python/R, MS Excel, and data infrastructure.
• Experience with web analytics tools such as Mixpanel and Google Analytics.
• A degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or a Science field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate insights effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to be a creative and strategic thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
• A self-starter with a 'get-stuff-done' attitude, willing to delve into detailed analysis.
