Business Analyst

This role is pivotal in a data warehouse renewal project, where you will lead planning and management of 'as-is' and 'to-be' data mapping activities. Your responsibilities include team leadership, cross-functional coordination, and hands-on data mapping. Key accountabilities encompass project planning, stakeholder coordination with business users and IT, business requirement gathering, data mapping oversight, documentation, quality control, risk and issue management, and user support. We are looking for a candidate with practical experience in mapping current and new systems, coordinating business requirements, and collaborating with business units, IT, and vendors. Experience in DWH system renewal, regulatory reporting data (loans, trade finance, deposits, markets, remittances), and corporate banking domains is highly preferred.
